Slay the Spire-The Iron Warrior's choice of cards and relics

The Ironclad Warrior is one of the main professions in the game and is the initial character available to players in The Killing Spire. So, what are the common playing schools for Ironclad Warrior? Here are the most common deck schools for Ironclad Warrior in The Killing Spire and the options for relics.

There is no more rampant play style in The Killing Spire than the Power Faction. The core character of the Power Faction is the Ironclad Warrior. Because of its more core cards, the Ironclad Warrior of the Power School performs well in the game because of its mindless play style and super high output with super offensive capabilities. Cons: Weak defence and need to watch out for blood. Not as effective against early enemies, early monsters usually have low HP as power-up sets take a few turns to activate. However, when you find yourself dealing with elites and bosses, this power set can be very effective. Here are the must-have cards for the power genre

Cards

Observe Weakness: If the enemy's intent is to attack, gain 3(4) ⁺ points of strength.

Active Muscle: A must-take card in the early game, fortifying it adds 4 power points this turn.

Rip: Whenever you lose life from a card, gain 1 power point.

Break the Limit: This will double your power, so Nee should upgrade it as much as possible so you can use it multiple times per battle.

Demon Form: Gains 2 power points at the start of each turn, upgrading it will increase your power significantly each turn.

J.A.X: Lose 3 life points. Gain 2 points of power.

Optional attack cards

Flying Sword Boomerang: The card with the highest number of multiple attacks. After upgrading it deals 4 damage to the enemy, except that it attacks them randomly, effectively boosting the early output.

Whirlwind Slash: This is one of the strongest attack cards, the more energy you have, the more attacks you get.

Heavy Blade: Deals 14 points of damage. Power works 3 times better on Heavy Blade. After upgrading, deals 14 points of damage. Power works 5 times better on Heavy Blade.

Death Harvest: Death Harvest converts power into life, increasing the fighter's sustain. The blood return effect is significant.

Demonic Flame: It consumes all cards in your hand, then deals 7(10)⁺ damage to the target enemy for each card consumed. Removes from the battle after use.

Continuous Fist: Deals 2 points of damage 4 times after use. Consumed and removed from this battle after use.

Relics are permanent items that a character acquires during the game and can enhance various abilities for the player. There are both character-specific relics and relics common to all characters, which often have powerful effects, and some relics are even necessary for some card strategies. Here are the Iron Warrior relics that increase power.

Vajra Pestle: Handy for stacking at the start of each battle with "Break the Limit". The sooner you get it, the better. A 1 point power boost can do a lot more damage and can be used until the end.

Kettlebell: You can now gain power at campfires up to 3 times.

Sword in Hand: You gain 1 power point for every 3 cards you play on the same turn.

Red Skull: When your life is equal to or below 50%, gain an additional 3 power points.
